Loved the turkey avocado sandwich. Fresh ingredients, no waiting to order. Good drink variety. Clean dining area. Friendly service. Cute decor!
This location was very disappointing. I went in for lunch and when I went there was about 4 other people waiting on their food. It wasnt super busy at the time as no one was dining in. I ordered the Avocado Turkey Sandwich, medium size with no tomatoes. I got chips and a large drink as well. First, when I went to go fill my cup the Dr. Pepper was out of order. So I had to settle for either root beer, coke, two types of diet coke or two types of Hi-C drinks or tea. None of which I wanted, but I settled for Root Beer. No problem with the actual soda, so okay. Next I sat down at a table to wait for my food. There were two ladies waiting on their food at the pick up already. When their food was called, there was an issue with both of their orders. I heard them saying that theirs was made incorrectly. They also had been waiting longer than I had. I luckily did not have to wait too long. I grabbed my food and got out of those ladies way because they were going in on the guy serving them the food. I wish I had checked mine before I left because there was a HUGE problem with mine as well. When I got back to work, i sat down and opened my sandwich as I always do to make sure things were the way I liked it. First, thing I noticed was that there was no cheese. I could have very well been mistaken, but I thought the sandwich had cheese. The next thing I noticed was that there was tomatoe residue on the sandwich and little pieces of it, like they had put tomatoes on there, but realized that I ordered no tomatoes and just simply took them off. I absolutely HATE that even more than mistakenly putting tomatoes on there. I absolutely hate tomatoes, especially the gooey residue and seeds that it leaves behind. I was super irked by this as I will literally take a layer of meat off of my sandwich just so I wont come in contact with the residue. Finally the biggest reason why I was upset about the sandwich was because I ordered and paid for an avocado turkey sandwich and at first glance there was no Avocado on the sandwich. Instead, they put just a small sliver of avocado just on ONE HALF of the entire sandwich. The first cut half that I uncovered had no avocado and tomato residue. It was definitely not worth the $13 I paid for and my lunch was a waste as I didnt even eat most of the sandwich. It was appalling to say the least.
For years I’ve received amazing service but today a new employee who I have never seen before made me an awful sandwich with old avocado
Do not have Schlotzky's where I live. This was a nice treat. Customer service was outstanding.Food: 5/5
I had a regular deluxe original. It was served quickly, the folks were friendly, and the price is reasonable. This is definitely a great fast food option in the area. I'll definitely be back.
The bread is by far the best of any Schlotzskys I have been too! Keep it up
So, whenever we make it down to Texas, my wife MUST have Schlotzsky's, one of the many chains she misses in New Jersey. We had a typically great experience with delicious sandwiches and friendly service. I had the Turkey Bacon Club, my wife had the Roast Beef and Cheese. They lose a star for making one of the sandwiches wrong though they made a new one with no problem and for no toppings bacon and shredded cheese on my Loaded Baked Potato soup, which I didn't discover until we got home.
This is the only location I go to in Houston and I don’t know what special sauce they use but this is the best Schlotzsky’s in 100 miles.
The Avacodo Turkey has only 2 small bites of Avacodo on a medium bun sized sandwich.
GPS had zero clue for direct drive to location, only customer in the store, fast, fresh sandwich along with soup! Excellent !
