They put multiple orders for different people on the same plate, forgot some of our food, and didn’t slice my apple as I had requested. When I asked for my apple to be sliced, they did it and handed it back to me even though it was clearly old and had gone bad. Restaurant was dirty and staff clearly couldn’t have cared less about anything. Waste of $26 for two people to eat mediocre food in a dirty facility.
First time I visit this location and I will never come back again. Employed talking to each other and wasting time instead of doing theirs job. The most common coffee light and dark roast wasn’t available. Dirty tables. Employees rolling eyes to costumer, in a bad mood, terrible costumer service.
I had a great experience placing a large catering order with manager, Shanta. She helped walk me through gift card purchasing, understanding the details of the order, and making sure everything was right. I really appreciate the time she took to patiently help me with all of my questions and make our event a success. She was so friendly, too! Lisa, the catering lady, was also so helpful with my questions and explained each sandwich in detail. I will be coming back for another Panera on West Holcombe, Houston, TX order due to this outstanding customer service. Thank you Shanta!
The onion soup that they brought us is absolutely not like the one in the picture, it tastes terrible, at the beginning they brought us soup without bread and cheese, because they forgot to put it.
This is my 2nd time to this location. I originally ordered one of the 2 for deals and it came out wrong it rang out to $22. something.. I told the cashier that can't be right and she argued with me. So I just try to order a 1/2 sandwich. It came out to $10 when it was supposed to be like $6 I tried to tell her that she charged me for the whole sandwich and she's argued again that I was wrong. If you look at the receipt you can see she was wrong. I knew I only had so much to spend on my venmo card. The floor had a huge pile of dirt and trash piled up. Employees complained about water over flowing because drains were clogged. The tomatoes on my sandwich were old. The avocado was brown in spots. I love Paneras. I will not be visiting this location again.
I came in late to order some food to go. They informed me I couldn’t get bread with my meal half of the reason why I come to Panera I asked if they had any bread instead of chips I ordered a sandwich for my meal. The girl went to ask the cook. I’m assuming he told her no or to ask the manager because then she walked up to the manager and asked if they could do anything else. He Hispanic or white looking male w/ dark short hair Jesus dangling earrings and wears rings didn’t even stop to talk to her just moving fast. She came back and said she couldn’t do anything. I would’ve let it go if he didn’t yell out “and tell them it’s all going to be Togo since we’re closing in 15 minutes”. I’m not the type to sit in to the last minute and I never asked to dine in so I thought that was beyond rude. Especially since there was multiple families still sitting & eating when I first walked in & at least 2 individuals who came in after me. As I was just about to submit my review Arthur the manager I was previously describing.. I have his name now is now arguing with a family that he’s trying to kick out so they can lock the doors I’m waiting for my food. I understand closing time but what was rude was how he was talking to them & the fact that he threw in the guest face that they bought their food 25 minutes ago… he should’ve never said that to them. Plus the family just got their food only 5 minutes before he approached them so that was just sassy & petty.
Last night my family and me went to supposedly enjoy a good meal, but what a terrible impression we have . The manager named Arthur was talking to some of his/her friends at the restaurant . We waited for more than 20 min before we got our food. There were missing ingredients, some food was cold and he manager didn’t care about it. When I asked for his name he just turned his back on me. Hope you don’t have a terrible experience like I had.
I used to love studying at panera because they have free coffee refills, but every time I come to this location, the tables are filled with other peoples plates and are very dirty. I saw the worker clean it and he just wiped it twice, didn’t even get the whole table clean. So many germs and uncleanliness here. Don’t think i will ever revisit this location again. Panera needs to up their game
Visit to this Panera was extremely disappointing. Floors and tables dirty. At least 3 male employees around the food prep area laughing, talking loudly with no attention to the dining experience. The breath of fresh air was the female who took our order efficiently and pleasantly. We are going to be spending an extended time in Houston and had hoped to dine here. Disappointed.
Extremely rude management, dirty kitchen which leads to food poisoning, awful food, & slow/terrible service. This place used to be amazing but now it's fallen far. The employees are dirty & don't dress appropriately & don't use hairnets. The staff was nasty & made it impossible to get a refund. They made me wait on purpose because the cashier approached the management several times & ignoring them. DO NOT EAT HERE. BOYCOTT PANERA UNTIL THEY SHUT DOWN/ FIRE EVERYONE THERE!!!
