I had a good experience with this store for repairs for my son's clarinet. I purchased used and they were able to patch it up within a couple weeks for what I thought was a fair and reasonable price (not that I am an expert but the cost was about what I anticipated). The staff was kind and helpful and patient with my questions. I would recommend this store and their repair services to others.

We've been renting a violin from this store for nearly 3 years. An eventless experience for the most part. We went back to rent a percussion instrument for the same child. You'd think they'd show some appreciation for having returning customers. No such common sense! The manager of the store seemed a bit irritated when we asked for an instrument they don't keep in stock, and reluctantly agreed to take my information and call me back in 3 days once the instrument arrives. When my wife asked one of the other employees if they offer discounts for multi instrument rentals, he reacted as if we are asking him for free stuff, as demonstrated by his smug response. Long story short, we still have not received a call from them after a week, especially, given that we emphasized the fact that we need this equipment ASAP.

Me, my wife Beth, and 8 week old daughter felt like we were at home in our living room. The hospitality and service we received from Ryan (store team member) was outstanding. It was an extremely positive experience. They answered our questions with great insight. Thankful for this store!

Barbara assisted our family in a purchase of a piano. She was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, talented, and extremely helpful. She did not try to push us to the most expensive instrument...she listened to the needs of our family and explored options that were optimal for US! Our family would have not been able to make an educated decision without her expertise. Thank you Barbara!
