Schwegman's Office Supply

I have used Schwegman's many times for personal and business purposes. I have been pleased overtime! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can order it and usually have it by the next day.

Needing a media projector for our church but not sure what size would best suit our needs , on a Tuesday ,I contacted Swegmans and Mrs. Elle Jones was such a big help.With few questions, she was not only able to match us up with the projector we needed at such a reasonable price,but it was delivered by that Thursday. We have been buying equipment from Schwegmans, and Mrs.Jones for the last 13 years and have always been impressed by the polite, personal service we receive from her and her co- workers at Schwegmans, from the sales reps to the delivery persons, who are always so courteous.It is so nice to be able to buy from people who you know will stand behind everything they sell. We also like to support local businesses. Even though I'm not a very tech savvy person, Mrs Jones helped walk me through the install and by Thursday night our new projector was up and running. It was so nice to have it last Sunday morning and the congregation was pleased as well with the reasonable price, the speed of delivery and quality of the picture and ease of use!!! Thank you Schwegmans ! As always , you have Our business. It's nice to be able to find a business that gives you personal attention!

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The employee I talked to I believe her name was Elle I was met with a rude greeting and I told her the reason of my call she had no interest in providing my business with office equipment and she never will now.
