Scooter's Coffee House

Always always get great service at scooters I am amazed though that they do not have sugar free whipped cream yet to put on my sugar-free turtle. I know I buy sugar free whipped cream all the time to put on my berries and angel food cake so it does exist and it's cheaper than oat milk and coconut milk

I love their coffee but it is beyond my price range like Starbucks haha. But if you're out with friends its a quiet and relaxing environment with good drinks available! Would recommend at least once! If I had more money I'd definitely hit them up more often especially on way to school.

This was my very fir experience with scooters. The cashier praised ne for not making her wait for me to download the app so that I could earn points for my purchase. She told me I could redeem reciept for points. I haven't been able to find it. THEN MY FOOD LOOKS LIKE DOG FOOD... SERIOUSLY.. MY BREAKFAST BURRITO IS SMASHED OPEN. WISH i could post a pic.

I was that person who pulled in 10 minutes after they closed and Delilah remembered me from the last time I was there and served me even though they were closed. And she was so sweet Give that girl a raise. I’m from out of town but every time I come I’ll definitely be going to that location just because of her. Thank you for the great customer service!!

Terrible customer service after messing up my order

I dont usually care to leave negative reviews and I feel a little nit picky, but I miss Crane. The staff here is friendly, but I dont think they have gotten a single order right. They seem to be enjoying themselves in there and that's great, but maybe pay a little more attention to customer orders and less to socializing with your coworkers. My no whip drink seems to always come with whip. They ask if I want my bagels warmed, I say no and it comes warmed anyway. Last time I didnt get a straw for my drink, which is something I dont just have laying around and drinking a blended drink with no straw isnt super fun. I like the scooters off dodge down the street. Might have to drive the couple blocks down the road in the future, if this doesn't get better.

I LOVE this Scooters location. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the coffee is amazing!!!! It's a great place to gather and my daughter and I go there often to chat, spend time together and have coffee.

Today I came to this Scooter's location, like I do many mornings. I ordered my latte Toffee Nut Carmelicious and reached for my purse realizing that I had forgotten my purse at home. I quickly asked the barista to cancel my order because I didn't have any money to pay for the coffee this morning. The barista told me that she would make my coffee on the house. When she handed me my drink she simply said "I know you come often, I hope this helps your day go smoothly." I know a $5.00 latte isn't much, but it truly made a difference knowing that the barista cared enough to still let me have morning latte despite my ability to pay for it. I have loved coming to this location because the staff are genuinely kind and the service is amazingly fast, and now I happy to report that this location truly does have the very best staff that want to help make their customers' days a little brighter. Tomorrow I will have to pay it forward! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
