Starbucks

i went to this starbucks today 10-11-2022 at 9am to get a coffee after i was done shopping. as i walked up to the counter she was speaking to another target employee so i stood behind them and waited until they were done talking. she then rolled her eyes at the sight of me doing this and told the other target employee she “has to do her job”. the woman working was glaring at me while i was ordering and didn’t say a word until i asked for a frappacino. she then scoffed and told me they didn’t have any ice so she couldn’t make it. she sounded super annoyed with me that i even asked. that was fine and i told her to delete my order and i’ll go to another starbucks. i made sure to thank her and told her to have a good day. as i was walked away i heard her scoff again and laugh at me. i’m not sure what i did to make her so annoyed with me. i always make a point to be extra nice to customer service workers as i also work in customer service and know how hard it can be.

I tried their holiday drinks for the first time and they tasted very rich in flavor and kept me warm most of the day. My second time going to this location, I used a gift card that I thought had a certain amount on it, but it turned out to be incorrect. The cashier was kind enough to give me another gift card as compensation and I really appreciated that. Additionally, it’s a really nice spot for any college students wanting to grab a cup of coffee and do homework. Very calm and not too noisy environment.

Super convenient. It is a great place to have a Starbucks because it allows you to get one before or after shopping which is really nice especially as target cups have cup holders. The bad thing is though, that there is often a large line at this Starbucks. This is of course, to be expected at a Starbucks that is so convenient, however, it makes it not worthwhile to only come here for a Starbucks. If you are in the area and want a Starbucks, don’t stop here unless you plan on going to Target. Go across 72nd and go to that Starbucks instead.

I had the most wonderful refreshing customer service today from your employees Zenovia. She made sure to greet me an ask my name, the service was so personal yet relaxing. Each person that entered received the same amount of great attention. She did all of this by her self I might add. The store was so clean.This made my experience so much more refreshing. This is definitely my new location I'm driving extra miles for this service. Zenovia also needs extra commendation for being so wonder Starbucks don't lose her please. I need all locations to take notes. 72nd an dodge if you guys want great service

I was reading online about the crazy thing people have come up with and I figured I'd give it a try. After showing her the recipe and sizes I ordered two totally different types of drinks, she was very sweet and did her job wonderfully.

Got two drinks and spent $12 and one of the drinks was 1/3 empty I just feel like for $6 a drink they could at least fill them up. Definitely will not be going back to this location

Good in store Starbucks. I forget that some drinks don’t come in some sizes at the regular stores and at this one they’ve readily gone out of their way to accommodate my orders. Really impressed me that they would do that.

Amazing Drinks! Horrible service!

About only every 5 times do they get my drink correct. I stopped coming to this location due to that problem, I decided to try them again and I have another 2 days of the wrong order. I will stop coming to this location again.

I've found my favorite drink here! The Pink Drink, Keto friendly and tastes just like the original!!
