Came by to study and grab coffee around 11am. The person taking my order was friendly and offered to make a suggestion on a drink. I’m glad I listened to them because the drink was super tasty. Worth the $8. They had good seating options at the time, but limited outlet space, so be warned if it gets busy and seats are taken. Otherwise, everything was great and definitely will be back!
On my way out of Omaha, I stopped at this Starbucks for my regular coffee. I got the Cinnamon Dulce Latte hot. I liked it so much and the person handing me my drink was super nice. We talked about the NFL playoffs. The reason why I’m giving the food and atmosphere 1 stars is because I didn’t get any food & I went through the Drive through. So, I can’t rate it if I didn’t experience it.
Picked up my coffees in drive thru, one felt lighter, but I thought maybe it was just me. Got home, and there was only a half cup of coffee. Called them on the phone, constantly busy. Went in , asked for manager, but the girl said she’s” not the manager of that store, no apology, said it was a mistake that they only poured half of a cup? Got me a new drink, got home and it had less coffee than the first!!! Yes, maybe I should have checked it, but the girl who made it heard the conversation, and she still only made half a cup! Won’t ever go to this location again! Accidents do happen, but the manager and staff did not make the situation any better. I measured the coffee, only 12 ounces, was supposed to be 29
Only 1 sugar free option disappointed…. Also got a chocolate milk carton the holes in them are so big that my child tilted to get a drink from the straw and spilled it all over her self but the Frappes are good my dog enjoyed her pup cup
The young lady in the drive-thru was impatient with me....possibly due to me questioning about the drinks. Not being familiar w Starbucks, I referred to something like the caramelicious blender..which she huffed....I was in a rush and just agreed to the drink she picked....which was delicious....just wished she'd took time to explain it briefly...I would've been able to order more....I was having my 1st grandson and my son loves going there...but couldn't because he was in the hospital havin his & his GF 1st son...I wanted more but was rushed to make quick choices. My son unfortunately got a chicken breakfast meal which he said was the most disgusting thing he'd even eaten there. The drinks I ordered were delicious but the food was gross.
Terrible customer service. I came in for a refund because I could only take two drinks of my latte it was so nasty. Not one apology was given and not one smile either. Everytime that I go here the drinks are burned. Milk should be poured into the espresso shots within five seconds or else the entire drink tastes sour. I’m surprised this Starbucks doesn’t know that. Will not be returning.
The drinks were good, but we felt there were some odd management decisions made. They had put out items that they aren't selling until tomorrow on the menu and in the store. We ordered one of them from the menu but wasn't told it wasn't available. We ended up receiving something else. When we questioned the employee they simply said it's not coming out but didn't try to rectify the situation. I came up with a solution and they did implement it, but it was a bit of a frustrating situation. Most other chains would have implemented what I said right from the start I am a frequent Starbucks employee so I'm used to dealing with this chain
I wish I could say I had a good experience today in the drive thru. When I pulled up and said I had a mobile order instead of asking me to pull forward I got lectured and scolded. I felt put down when the girl explained how I put my order as in store and not drive thru. I understand it’s a new system and I didn’t know that but it could have been handled differently.
If I could do a negative score instead of a 1 star I would. I have tried the new steak burrito twice and both times have been a complete disaster!!! The first time there was no steak, it was ALL egg until the last bite or two. I thought I would give it a second chance, and this time it was so burnt, looked like it had caught fire and smelled worse than burnt popcorn which had my car smelling not so great now!! Couldn't even eat it had to throw it away! How could they even serve something that bad to a customer??? I am absolutely disgusted!! Lucky for me I like to take pics of my food and have both to document the horrid experience so hopefully no one else wastes their money!!
The past year their drinks have been off. Today I paid $8 for the wrong order… not surprised.Food: 1/5
