Do not recommend had my appointment cancelled twice, drove over 45 minutes to see Imani in suite 19. Only give one star because she refunded my money but I wasted almost two hours and had to scramble to find another stylist last minute before a trip. It’s so funny how these stylists have all the rules and regulations about being two seconds late and all these fees but they’re always unprofessional. Always.

I went here a while back, a stylist on the first floor down the hall on the left did my blow out. She's small and light skinned - her mom shampoos people. She was rude as hell. She showed up late didn't even try to apologize. Another lady and I had to wait on her. I was a new client she didn't bother greeting me or anything. She didn't say not one word to me the entire time I waited to get my hair done. She argued with her boyfriend on the phone the whole time she did our hair. She was really ruff with my hair while combing it and blow drying it. I should have left the moment she walked in offering no apologies and didn't bother to even say 'hello' to people who are waiting to patronize her. She has no people skills and doesn't bother trying to fake it. This is exactly why I don't do salons- rude beauticians who know nothing about the health of hair. Only how to fry, dye and glue it. This is a problem for a woman with real hair. She handled my hair with no care. It's sad how typical her attitude and unprofessionalism is. You would have thought she was doing me a favor. I wish I remembered her name to warn you all. I'm pretty sure it begins with a "T". Do not go to her.

I go to Andrea's House of Styles. She does a great job. Very personable and friendly. Lots of hair and nail salons in the building. Easy to get to off of Independence Boulevard.

They have the best barber in Charlotte working there Malik. He has been cutting my hair since 98. And my son's since 2091

Had an appt @12 with Tamika Reid for wash, retwist and style. I walked in and was greeted with “hey, I’m sorry, I’m running behind.” Okay, cool. 30 mins went by, then an hour. She never spoke to me. Watched Empire the entire time. I got up at 115 and said I was leaving and she said “well ok.” Great business, smh.

My hair salon, Double Image is located here and I absolutely love my hair stylist, Shamika and her twin, Tamika. Parking is great. The facility is always clean.

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Tasia and they peeled off and were gone by day 4. I tried getting a hold of her many times and she never even answered me. I never got any money back either. Very unprofessional
