Brought my rig to Scott's for a roof leak to be repaired after I noticed interior damage this Spring. I had my roof sealed last year by Scott's and I received a bill of $270 this time around to fix the large gaps they found where the water was entering on the roof. When I attempted to address the bill with the manger, Mike, he told me I needed to have my roof sealed annually. I told him that they had sealed it last May! He told me that it needs to be done more frequently. Really?, every ten months at $550 a clip? Come on, please. After I paid the $270 bill, I got into my rig to find an empty beverage container in the console. When I brought it inside, the team just tried to figure out who left it in there. Just blame, no apology, no nothing. Maybe everyone was just having a really bad day but I won't be returning as a customer. I did get an estimate from them for the water damage done inside the rig from the roof leak, $3,300 bucks. Really, really, really bad experience. Will definitely not recommend going here unless you really like artists and not the kind that make pretty pictures.

Bought a new 2018 Sunseeker motorhome from them a couple weeks ago. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Our salesman Anthony and the finance guy Lee were fantastic throughout the whole process.
We originally put a deposit down on a smaller Class C. We wanted hydraulic levelers put on the unit, and paid the agreed upon price to get the levelers ordered. Once they came in, the service department discovered that the coach we were buying was too short to put the levelers on - the leveler manufacturer did not have schematics for the jack placement on a coach that small. Rather then just slapping them on to get me out the door, I got a call from Anthony. He advised that service could do it, but they didn’t feel comfortable without any guidance from the jack manufacturer. The ball was in my court as to what to do.
I give Scott a ton of credit for being upfront about the issue. Rather then risking a non-vendor approved install, we opted to punt on the unit we were buying and look at what else they had on the lot. We ended up with a slightly longer unit, at a price point we felt comfortable with. Scott didn’t hassle me about the jacks (I assume they returned them).
The PDI was thorough, the coach was detailed immaculately. The few items I found on my own were fixed on the spot no questions asked.
My salesman Anthony bobbed and weaved with me through the whole process. From the shorter motorhome, the jack addition, punting on the whole deal, and settliing on what ended up being our new coach. Anthony was available, helpful, and ultimately helped to get us where we needed to be. I even needed him for something after the sale and he still helps out.
As to the finance factor, Lee was fantastic. I knew what my interest rate was and what my payment would be within 1 day of filling out the financing paperwork. I also got the pricing for extended warranties before I left the store on my first visit; this was great as I wasn’t pressured into making a decision at the closing table. I was able to review the prices, review the contracts, and ask questions up until the day we got the keys. Lee was very accessible, happy to help, and in general a pleasure to work with.
I’m looking forward to enjoying my new coach, and I’m looking forward to Scott Motor Coach taking care of me going forward. HUGE difference between them and Camping World ....
