Scottish Rite Consistory

I had my wedding Ceremony at the Scottish Rite. It is such a beautiful venue and my guests all loved the setting. The staff are so easy to work with and accommodating. Also the venue has a great space to get ready for both the bride and groom.

I played percussion here in the Central Iowa Wind Ensemble back in October for our Halloween concert. The space is fantastic and sound travels really well. My only complaint is as a percussionist, it gets a little crammed with the gigantic pillars in the way of our instrument setup. Looking forward to our next performance there!

Beautiful building! Went to a central Iowa Wind Ensemble concert on the second floor, and it was fantastic.

So incredibly beautiful! Words cannot fully describe how breathtaking this place is! I didn't get to see as much of it as I would have liked to, but hopefully sometime in the future. I would love to go exploring. Every person I met there was extremely courteous and most importantly HONORABLE! To sum it up in just a single word, glorious.

We loved working with Shane and the team at Scottish Rite. Our wedding was beautiful and accommodated our 270 guest wedding comfortably. The remodel was gorgeous and the chairs were beautiful- we didn’t have to get chair covers. Scottish Rite set up our table/chair arrangement we designed and we were able to get in to the ballroom to decorate the week of our wedding, which was helpful to not feel stressed on Friday or Saturday. I’d recommend this venue to anyone- we love it!!
