Very good place for all your appliance needs My husband and I had Robyn help us. She was personable, very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. She truly liked helping others.

Total dishonest sales. I spent a fair amount of time going over their display of dishwashers. Buyer beware that there list prices are jacked up by at least 200 to 400 hundred dollars before they offer their so called 45% off. One quick search on the internet proved this on the specific unit I was interested in. Be sure to look up actual model number not their model number. I found two exact units with matching model numbers with different list numbers which in turn offers different sale price. After questioning that I would take the better looking unit for the lower price as was told to wait for the assistant manger to call the next day. I waited until 1:30 pm with no call back. So called to speak to Kelly (assistant manger) who explained to me that they tagged it wrong and that the real price was of the higher end. Is this how customer service is really done today. What happening to honoring the customer? I clearly assumed their mistake should not be my mistake. Basically I was told by the night salesmen that I was right and that Kelly would make good the next day. No call no honoring their mislabel no sale. Don't waste your time in this store, it's no wonder this is why Sears is in the dumpster.

We got a great deal on a dryer and great help at the store from Robyn. She helped us find the best one for us, explained everything and wasn’t too pushy.

Terrible Terrible Terrible.. Worst service in the world wish I knew where to go besides the manager in Newton that sucked.. Never every go there... Jennifer

Kinda of a strange place ranging from cheap tools (not Craftsman) to dented appliances. Prices are good but it just have a funny vibe.
