My wife and I were helped by Andy and Bruce, let me tell you, they were AMAZING. Both of these men walked around the whole store with us, checking sizes, checking inventory, explaining the differences between appliance. My wife and I had a million questions and they answered each one knowledgeably and completely. They literally did EVERYTHING they could to educate us and help us. When I tell You we got state of the art stuff and saved thousands of dollars, I'm not exaggerating. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted: stainless steel fridge with filtered water on the inside, stainless built-in double stacked oven, and stainless dishwasher all with 3 year protection plans and deliver for just over 3k. Not bad at all. List prices were more than double. Andy and Bruce bent over backwards to make our experience spectacular. Not only will we go back to this location for any other appliance, I will tell all my friends and family to do the same. Thank you Andy and Bruce. You were incredibly helpful and we cannot say enough good things about you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My husband and I purchased an LG 5 burner gas stove with extra wide triple rack oven space not even a year ago and the oven started to fail on us weeks ago. Cooking the food mid way or burning half of it. Last Night the crazy thing actually made the Pyrex casserole dish which held some pork chops Explode! The loud sound of glass shattering inside echoed through the kitchen. Me and my husband was close by setting the dining room table which faces the open kitchen . Here we opened the oven door and rumbles of broken glass kept falling like ice being melted. The oven was only set at 375 degrees and the chops were only 45 minutes in. Which they were bloody raw yet the glass from the Pyrex oven dish they were placed in was flaming crumbles of furiously hot. This Pyrex glass which never had burnt one stuffed shell or cooked any meat wrong in ever did not do the damage. We witness the oven as the back had flames shooting out the vent. I heard no internal fan being run. The heat element is all out of wack. Parts of the inside was volcanic HOT other parts were cool to touch. We are out an expensive oven dish that I loved to use, out of the money on the dinner meats which we had to toss for they were covered in glass, on top of what we had to get on the fly which was a quick call to the local pizza shop so our family of 5 could eat last night . Was not in our budget minds to do for this week after spending $$$ to buy food to cook home to save money. Now with Easter being a couple weeks away we are besides ourselves. My husband is so disgusted at what we spent here at the Sear's Outlet Store on Burnt Mill rd to be burnt out of having a good reliable SAFE oven-stove kitchen appliance . Left helplessly feeling if we spent a few hundred more at another store we wouldn't be in this situation we are in now. I tried calling the store to find help but no one answers. This is not right at all. I plan to keep pursuing getting this matter handled. Well now we been told to wait parts are in back order and Oven less before Easter. Which we have 20 family members invited for dinner. They do nothing in the whole company to do anything about satisfying their customers. After spending 1,800 dollars 11 months ago to be told that there is nothing they can do well take your business to a place that cares!!! Spare your family from grief and harms way. SEAR'S all together is a failure and should be shut down!

We had a great experience here, people were nice prices were extremely reasonable. I think it's important to remember that you're at a discount Scratch and Dent store! Expecting a gold threshold and a red carpet is unreasonable! I bought a $1,200 dishwasher for $400! I'm very pleased, the place is filthy, but it's a scratch and dent store and in that regard it met our needs excellently!

Ordered a fridge on the 14th of January. Paid for delivery on the 19th of January. Had proof on receipt. Took off of work to be at the house for delivery. Never received a call to set up a delivery time and never showed up. Called the store, nobody picked up the first 7 times I called. After I finally got a hold of someone, the rep said my name was never on the delivery list and the driver was finished for the day. Cancelled my order from my Sears card. Will never even give Sears another chance. No wonder Sears stores are dropping like flies.
