Trisa has a zero customer service!!! Extremely rude, uneducated, lazy and inattentive!!! Me and my husband bought two pairs of shoes today, where no one helped us, there were two sale persons, one of them is Trisa, she was extremely rude with us, did not want to explain about discount promotions, when we asked how much discount we are having, she replied very rudely that she is not done, then she rolled her eyes. She ruined our day with her negativity!!! We asked a manager, she said she is a manager and she said she doesn’t care about us, she did not apologize or try to solve a problem! Very bad!!! She just have to do her job properly, it is a very simple, no need to be a smart!!!

Worth experience with salesperson Trisa. Zero custom service, extremely rude person. We was there 1 hour and nobody didn’t help us. Salerpersons tooooo much talking with other salesperson. Lazy lazy lazy, no more words.

If you are ever in the area and like Timberland brand anything, stop in, you will NOT regret the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Great product quantity also.
