absolute worst place ever! never store your things here if you care about them they have had a big rat issue, constantly lie and have had 7 claims of rodent damage reported to their insurance in the last year yet notified no one. I have been waiting weeks to hear if they will to the least refund me my storage fees as I was with them nearly 2 years because all of my stuff was damaged covered in dead rat bodies, rat piss, rat feces. It was absolutely disgusting. They won't even try and get you to a person to try and help you resolve the issue. they just say go through insurance when insurance pamphlet clearly states it wont cover rodent damage. No responsibility or apologies have been made they pretty much just say too bad. really wish I could put 0 stars

Best move in deal in town after trying out several companies. $20 admin fee, reasonable insurance rates and no hidden fees. Kym was very helpful and professional.
