Horrible customer service. You can't talk to these people. They don't talk to you kindly. It's as if you are scum to them and not worth speaking to. Don't mention that you are putting your dead father's things into a storage unit, bc they will have no compassion for that. They will speak badly of you about it. Seriously still in shock on the way I was spoken to, as well as my family that was helping me move this precious cargo. Horrible. If I hadn't spent two days moving my stuff in, I would have instantly vacated it immediately. Don't go here!!!

These are quite possibly the worst people I have ever dealt with. If your customers or their families have a misunderstanding about the policies you speak professionally with them. I am truly at a loss for words -- ABSOLUTELY aweful people. This duo berated my wife and sister (yes, my family was worked up due to a death in the family) and when I attempted to calmly make peace in the office was met with yelling, hostility and complete resolution on escalating the situation as much as can possibly be done. If they were my employees they would be immediately terminated -- but they're the owners so they can talk however they want. Folks, save your time and money, go elsewhere. In the sarcastic words of management, "BYE!".

I was here today helping my sister organize her storage unit and this place has the rudest and most disrespectful owner. Bad customer service. There is definitely a better way to talk to your paying customers. There is no need to threaten people. Needeless to say my sister decided to move everything out. So just a little message to his wife, your husband just lost you another customer. No wonder why a disgruntled customer vandalized and broke into units 3 years ago.
