Cindy totally wowed us with her patience and amazingly wonderful disposition. She spent 30 min of her time past closing to answer our questions and help complete our unit rental. Thank you so much for your awesomeness

These people are so cool, patient, and understanding!! I'm having financial trobules and they GRACIOUSLY have given me more time to pay!! You guys are great..thanks😎😎

My girlfriend & I have 2 storage units at this facility that are both outside the gate. I got both units outside the gate because they have 24 hour access due to my work schedule being 24/7. A couple of weeks ago they asked us to vacate by the 30th of this month. May 25th, 2018 Vincent, the onsite manager came up to Dawn (my girlfriend) & said that we weren't allowed in our units outside of business hours due to things being left out front of the units & being at storage anytime of day or night. Our rent on both units are paid currently through the end of the month. Public Storage refuses to put any thing in writing and puts everything on the District Manager. Why won't they put anything in writing? Because they are guilty of shady business dealings at minimum.

I went in this morning dissatisfied and had intentions of finding a new storage facility. Thankfully Tiffany was so helpful and positive, she took care of all of my concerns. I am happy to continue to give this Public Storage location my business! Thanks again Tiffany!
