Extra Space Storage

Extra Storage Space is definitely a safe and clean environment to leave your personal belongings. Lisa was the most helpful when we quickly needed a place, a year ago, to move my family’s items during a family situation. She helped me feel at ease and set us up quickly in a unit that fit our needs. Now, moving out, it was nice to walk in and see her while she handled the move out with a smile. The professionalism is the best!

John was extremely helpful. I've had my storage since 2015, and I am now in need of a smaller storage space, John walked me through the process and without my prompting, he provided me with details regarding the most cost-efficient way for me to make the switch. I really appreciated the attention he paid to my needs.

This storage facility has got to be, no, is, is definitely the best I’ve dealt with over the years, and I’ve stored things at 7 different facilities in that time. Even just the initial contact with the call center in Utah was outstanding. I spoke with Craig in Utah, and he was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about everything, and had answers to all my questions. He set up my introduction to Lisa at the location I would be utilizing. Shortly after my call with Craig, Lisa contacted me. Lisa was very helpful, and walked me through everything I needed to know to move forward with the unit rental. I met with Lisa the following day, and was very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the office, and property. Lisa worked through all the paperwork pleasantly, quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in a very short order. I can’t wait to load up my unit, and clear out the house a bit!

This site is my go to for all of my storage needs. Lisa and Steve were absolutely amazing!! They deserve so much recognition. They went above and beyond and if it wasn’t for my move (PCS) out of state, I would still be a customer of theirs. Thank you Lisa & Steve for the impeccable customer service!!!!

I am prior AF & have traveled extensively throughout multiple countries. Moving can be a difficult hassle with the exception of Extra Storage located in Colorado Springs at Union & Dublin. They were able to help me with all my changes & crazy schedules. Sal was very helpful & a credit to their company.Thank you.
