Public Storage

The people at Public Storage locations are generally helpful and I have nothing negative to say about their customer service. However, the company as a whole I do have negative things to say about my experience with them. They are free to raise rates as they wish when we are engaged in a month to month agreement but the practice of raising rates after using them for only a few months is common and really predatory. They know that moving things in and out of storage is generally not worth the hassle, so they often opt to increase rates within a relatively short period of time in renting from them. After 4 months in one of their units, I got notice that they wanted to increase rent by over 10%. Predatory! Fortunately, its easy for me to move the few things I am storing and will be moving out ASAP (they also informed me the day before a new month started otherwise I would have vacated so I didn't even rent this last month before the increase takes affect). Not illegal, just on the edge of ethical...and certainly sticks people who don't have the options I do to move quickly with unexpected increased costs. This company SUCKS! I don't recommend people supporting people who are so obviously taking advantage of others. If you can rent other places, please do so...

Jamie was helpful and friendly. She had me check all the information that I gave her to be sure it was accurate. I will feel comfortable storing my boat here. I saw another Public Storage that was at a nearby location and Vince was very helpful as well.

Great customer service!!! Worse move ever!!! We have entirely too much stuff and are currently in 3 10x10’s at different storage. Ran out of room and aren’t trying to pay outrageous amounts to hold all our stuff til our apartment is ready. We decided we needed a storage that was cleaner than where we were at and definitely bigger than a 5x10 that U-Haul had available. So we came here that is closer to our neighborhood and was relieved they had larger sizes available. Thank you so much for your kindness and help even wayyyy after you shoulda left for the night! We are definitely gonna move our other stuff over to this location and get everything into a larger unit. Vince is patient, kind and helpful. He asked the important questions so that everything fit and we didn’t have the stress or delays of having to figure out new options. This military family who is now trying to enjoy retirement thanks you!!!

Leon that works there was extremely helpful !! Went way above and beyond. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this place and his service to anyone. Thanks Public storage
