Public Storage

I have and always will use Public Storage for my storage needs. This site was clean and quite and well taken care of. Cindy is awesome, she helped us on more than one occasion with understanding policies and procedures. She made sure we understood everything we needed to do to avoid charges when moving out. She helped me with payments options when I couldn't pay my storage on time and made sure I didn't lose my stuff. She is a plethora of information and kindness, my move would not have gone smoothly without her.

Tessa and Cindy(Property Managers) just are absolute rock stars! Very courteous and professional service. The unit i was allotted had an issue with the ceiling, which they immediately fixed me with another one. The only issue is with Public Storage not having universal locks and me having to buy another lock. Hopefully soon it will be 'one lock to rule them all, one lock to close them and in the lockness bind em' :D

Cindy was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. She is great to talk with and has a warm personality. We came in three months ago and were moving our stuff out now that we have a place and she remembered us right away. I trust her completely and will highly recommend this place. Also the 1800 number rep was very helpful. Public storage is a great company.

There are never any issues at this location! They keep you up to date on everything!! And Miss Tiffany is just the sweetest! She’s super helpful and answers all your questions that you have, along with giving you the proper guidance and direction you need when there is an issue. Best storage unit I’ve ever had.
