Extra Space Storage

They were so great getting us a unit in a short amount of time. Was bummed when a unit we came in for was already gone but they were amazing in getting us another one in our price range AND giving us an additional move in special! On top of the friendliest interaction I’ve ever had at a Storage Facility we advised him we needed to go get a lock and he provided us with one on the spot as well as gathered carts to make our move easier. Incredible staff and very clean facility.

Best experience I have had renting a storage unit. After doing some research on climate controlled units, this facility had the best rates. Once I went to the office to complete the paperwork, I was greeted by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! She made me feel so at home and confirmed my hopes that I had made the right decision in choosing a storage facility.

I had been looking around for a storage space and every place that I went to, didn't seem to want my business so I did my research on the Extra Space Storage and read the reviews and all were good. I thought I'd give it a try and the moment I walked in the door, it was a great experience. Maggie Kim greeted me and gave me the attention I deserved. She wasn't pushy and gave me several options. I really appreciate the level of service she gave me and Most of all she made me feel like a Valued customer. Thank you Maggie for making my experience a GREAT experience. I will definitely let friends and family know of the Extra Storage Space on Austin Bluffs.

Maggie and Seth are fantastic and really do a great job at keeping the facility top notch. They also went out of their way to help me secure storage for a very short notice move. This was just a few weeks ago and they cleared the snow & ice from me when I was moving out of my units. The facility is newer and has wide drive paths that easily fit the moving truck I used. I would not hesitate in using this business again, and I do plan on using them for any future storage needs. Thanks for the great service!

This review is for Maggie at Extra Space. I've rented storage space at the Austin Bluffs location for around 2 years now. I generally have storage units rented in mulitple states at any given time, for personal property as well as storage for tools and materials for my business, and have seen and experienced just about any type of storage facility you can imagine. I generally try to find non-corporate/non-chain independent operations, because they are flexible and willing to work with me and various needs. I had a hard time finding a trustworthy, competent independent storage facility in The Springs so I set set appointments to view and lease storage space from the some of the chain storage places nearby. All of which told me any lie they thought would get me to their facility, thinking that once I was there, I would just go ahead and lease a spot. When I came to Extra Space, I had already gone through appointments to lease storage at 2 other places (including the big name storage place on Powers, South of Constitution. They were quite the shady operation). By the time I found Extra Space I think I was so mad that I had pretty much given up on finding storage, and was more looking for somebody to give a piece of my mind to, even though I had a truck full of uncovered belongings and rain was in the forecast. Maggie just happened to be the one in the office when I got there. She took the brunt of my attitude that I brought with me from the other places, listened to everything I had to say, (most would have probably kicked me out of their offices by then - the previous place did) she made a few adjustments to accommodate me, and next thing I knew I was unloading my stuff into a nice clean unit in a nice clean facility thinking "but.. I didn't even get to argue with anybody..." Any issues that have came up since (issues on my end - I actually haven't had any from them) have been smooth and easy. Also, with constantly being in and out of town, starting and finishing projects for my company, etc.. I probably spend as much time down there as any other tenant. Constantly unloading, reorganizing, reloading, packing, unpacking, etc.. over the past couple of years. I would likely be aware of anything wrong with the place by now. I would absolutely recommend them to any friend
