Excellent service & given the exact rate I was quoted. The onsite manager was awesome. Very upfront & kept it real. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed with the staff (friendly and helpful), clean units, like the size of the units as well the security available. They will be my number one "go to" for my future storeage options. Thank you "Security Self Storage" for providing excellent service.

I wish there was an option for LESS THAN ONE STAR. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Showed up at my scheduled time and the woman working the front desk didn't even know how to turn on a computer. Sat there and waited for her to call her boss to figure it out for over 20 min (let me remind you I was paying movers by the hour). She couldn't get it figured out so she agreed to let us go ahead to the unit and she would figure out payment when she could get her computer working. When we arrived at the unit I put a deposit down on we came to find out that the owners of the place had their own stuff stored in MY unit.... this lead to another waiting game to try and figure that out. At this point the owner offered me another unit at 4x the price of the one I had originally reserved. Ultimately I ended up laughing in their faces and left. Even my movers were astounded at the lack of customer service or courtesy these people provided. Would not recommend to anyone.
