Segal's Oasis Grill & Kosher Foods

Was nice to visit first time this place. Its really nice decor in all restauran, but staff is really unprofessional : they was forgetting to bring cutlery in every meal which we ordered. I got wrong drink which I didn't ordered. Food is tasty but, all meals has same vegetable mix it doesn't matter is it starter or main meal, woulb be nice that it would be more varieties. Some advice : you should to have place where you but Bill as to bring just receive which wind can blow up with all money is not really good thing. Staff should to be trained that cutlery suppose to be brought before all meals And last fire pit, and all smoke going on customers, we was with a baby which is not really good thing and we came back home and all clothes was smelly, so probably would be worth to think that maybe this should be somewhere in different place.

Had a lovely Saturday afternoon here. Food was fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and very clean. Pawel behind the bar was a star, he made sure we was OK all the time we was there. And he makes a mean Long Island Ice Tea. Will definitely be visiting this place regularly

Great experience Random location, but don’t ever judge a book by its cover Greeted upon arrival, waiter opened the door for me & my partner Ordered the food and was complimented with hummus, tasted great. Once the food arrived, the flavours exploded in your mouth The perfect ingredients, I ordered the chicken souvlaki & my partner ordered the oasis burger. Fresh, hot, juicy & plenty of favour Will recommend this place for sure, waiter was courteous & asked if we needed anything regularly. Clean & tidy restaurant, friendly staff & excellent food

Had two diferent burgers. Taste was plain. No sauces no cheese. Burger meat wasn’t bad, but overall taste was tasteless. Apart bun and meat there was cucumbers onions and tomatoes. Nothing special, i can bet u can do it better at home or even grab burger from any other place. Chips were good enough. Environment outside feels nice.

Lovely atmosphere, great food

What started off as what seemed to be a lovely lunch we were very disappointed to say the least when the mains arrived I had the moussaka which looked appetising however it didn't really have much flavour and seemed like it had been in the fridge for days the sauce in it was gloupy and the aubergine was black from just being sat, my other half had the mixed grill it came with rice and as he had a mouthful I noticed something wasn't right he said it tasted musky with that he smelt it as so did I as it did smell musky like damp water that had been left to go stagnant again it was old the meat itself chicken and lamb chop lovely but the pork was very chewy where it hadn't quite been cooked on a high enough temperature to melt the fat. So when asked if we had enjoyed our food we was honest and pointed out these things they apologised but even though I hadn't even ate half of my moussaka they didn't offer any discount or anything to compensate us for a £50 lunch that was really not enjoyable we had hoped for a bit more response

4 of us went a birthday meal , decor great , service shocking .This was our first time and unfortunately our last . We had starters which were nice but would be good to know that the calamari is battered doesn't say on the menu so it's a good job they liked batter! My daughter asked for king prawns to be told they had possibly sold out as couldn't put it through it was only 7pm!!! Go down and ask the chef!!! 2 main meals came out after 15mins me and my daughter still waiting for ours managed to get attention of someone as we were upstairs to be told that the 2 meals that we did have weren't even our meals and that our 2 hadn't even been cooked by this time 1 meal had been eaten so finally after all meals had came out they were ok nothing special,we complained and did get 10% off our bill only to recieve the wrong bill where they had added £34 pounds worth of drinks onto it.We did receive an apology and discount but sadly won't be returning.

Not the best tbh. Atmosphere and aesthetics were brilliant, food wasn't to a high standard. Could tell foos was frozen and not fresh or just bought in. Was also given food specifically asked to refrain from receiving. Was given a 10% discount off the bill but, even this was wrong! bill came to £66 before discount, was charged £60.60!
