Great customer service, super quick on getting us seated & ready to order! Bar Food is until midnight I believe. Delicious fries & chicharrones & drinks! Love the environment! So nicely decorated & clean! Recommend coming here for a chill fun night! It’s like Christmas everyday with the lights decor! Love it!

This has become mu favorite bar/ tavern. The drinks are very reasonable priced. And they have cheese curd not like the ones you get all over the valley. These ones reminded me of my time in Wisconsin. Nice crispy crunchy coating warm melty cheese on the inside. And then wings are great too. Definitely will be back to try other things on the menu

We absolutely love McKenzies! Great service! Great food! Great atmosphere! We feel like home when we pop in for a drink or two and a round of bumper pool. Would recommend to anyone who loves a good time. Their selection of bourbon is great, the boozy ice cream is fantastic, and the home made recipe of Apple Pie shots are a must to try! Ask for Sidney or Dave when you visit and you’ll have a blast!

Yep.. it's the perfect neighborhood watering hole with lots of TV's, Christmas lights and good pub food. Burgers and wings were just what we needed today. And the onion rings were spot on. Big LEO supporters based on the patches behind the bar. Our kind of place. Awesome to have Kim today as our server. Never was without a cold beer the whole day.

I don't mind dive bars & this bar certainly did not disappoint, the service was very impressed we had a group of 5 then ended up with 7 people at our table & our glasses were never empty.

During the football game, I arrived to join some friends. The host and server service was friendly, and the food was flavorful. I had the Reuben which had crispy fries that were seasoned well and one pint of beer. ... about $30, including tip. It's ideal to arrive and off hours so that you easily find parking in the small lot, but there is also street parking up into the neighborhood. I would recommend a visit, during times when it's not so busy. That way, you'll get a little more attentive service if you want more than one beverage.

This place is pretty cool! Great atmosphere. Great staff and a heavy pour on your mixed drinks. The food was fast and full of flavor. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite team play. We had the pork sliders, they were great. We will definitely be back.

I went in after a long day of feeling down and dealing with several losses this month. It was December 24th. The bar that I normally visit is shut down. The staff there helped me get back into the moment. The drinks were excellent. The crowd was Lively but not rambunctious. And the fries were on point. I wish the Ruben had thinly sliced meat and an option for double protein, but overall it had an excellent taste. If you're the type of person that likes a chill and well lit atmosphere, this is the place for you. Parking: There's plenty of spots to park, but probably because most people walk there like I did.

There's a reason there are so many 5 star reviews for this place, and deservedly so!! Although I work a mile from the tavern, this was my first time there. First impression, although just recently opened within the hour, was the cleanliness of the establishment. Not just clean but smelled cleaned - not that "I'm trying to mask the puke/booze and greasy food infused smell from the night before" stench that just cannot be hidden no matter how much bleach and cleaner one tries to use. In fact, I didn't smell ANY cleaning agent - it was just freaking clean. Add to that the license plate and Xmas light infusion that just screams "I bet this place is so much fun when it's crowded" vibe I got. I don't know if the man behind the bar was the owner or an employee, but damn if he wasn't the most calm person behind a bar I have ever met! The music was exactly at the right level and brought me back to my teenage youth of the 80's - no need to strain to hear or participate in a conversation. Food was well above what I was expecting and prices were within the medium as well. Listen, I'm not a bar guy, but I can only take so many trips to the local Mexican joint down the street from my office - and luckily for me I chose well! I'm a fan, and I think anyone who walks away from this establishment would be as well.

One of my absolute favorite dive bars to go to in Phoenix!!!! If ever in the area, make sure to ask for Brandon, the GM. Such a cool guy! He definitely knows how to make you feel welcome! And as if you are a long time friend. He also makes the best Old Fashioned in town. No joke! I’m super picky about that drink. The food is great! Try the green Chile quesadilla or their buffalo chicken salad. Super yum! We come back time and time again because it’s such a down to earth vibe and we love our bartenders there!!!!! You can’t miss the building with the all year round Christmas lights on the outside! Enjoy!
