This Sephora location is HUGE! They have pretty much everything you’re looking for! All the employees were very friendly. They accept contactless payments like ApplePay. Definitely recommend!
I’m sure everyone can attest to how COVID has changed the customer experience. A lot of times that experience is for the worst, but today was pleasantly different. Mary Beth is a gem and I am thankful for her help. I had an expensive item that I had bought in the summer, of which it was out of the window for return, to simply quit working. She helped me reach an awesome resolution and I will certainly be a repeat customer here because of service like hers.
Just wanted to leave a pleasant review. I had an event tonight and NO stores in Bham had the foundation I needed in my color. They had one left and it made my day. It seems small but I don’t know anything about makeup so for them to have my tried and true was everything.
I stopped by on a busy day a week before Christmas. I was immediately approached by an associate, Taylor, who offered assistance. Within few minutes, she helped me find exactly what I needed. The checkout line was a bit long, but moved surprisingly fast. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was honestly the best shopping experience of the season.
Sammy helped me, and she is the sweetest person ever! I’m about to travel abroad and needed a solution for my dark circles. She helped me find the best color corrector + concealer, and I’ve never been as confident as today knowing I have the right color for my skin complexion.
Come see Licensed Esthetician Lauren! I was just casually sliding through to grab my Fenty Skin Set, and she started telling me why it has all the right ingredients. By the time I left, we had discussed right and wrong ingredients for all my skin problems and she whipped up a free sample. It was like a visit to the dermatologist! She’s a gem, and she knows her stuff! Thanks Lauren!
Came in from Tuscaloosa with a friend I hadn't seen for almost 20 years. Wanted to smell some perfumes that I have been wanting to buy but hadn't smelled yet. The sales associates were all very friendly but on the way out my friend and I were stopped by a short lady with dark hair who I would assume to be a manager. She absolutely scared me and made me and my friend feel like shoplifters. I couldn't believe after such a pleasant experince to be treated that way on the way out. Made me question the entire experience...smh!
They don't care about doordashers. I walked in to get 2 orders and non of employees care to greet me to see what I wanted. Just tend to everybody else!!
I had a great experience with the lady helping me, her name may have been Sarah ? We talked about a lot of products and I found some great things to try. When I went to checkout I was helped by another employee she was a young African American woman I asked if she had any samples and she said “yes let me look” but didn’t move… she just stood there, staring at me. I said “aren’t you going to look” and she told me there weren’t any. Very weird vibes, don’t recommend.
Definitely depended on the makeup artists here for a last minute appointment! Had booked an appointment that morning and it got double booked so they moved things around and made room for me and had an amazing experience here! I don’t wear makeup but had a photo shoot I was going to and had to get it done! I can’t wait for the next time I can go just for a girls day out and get the full experience as I was constricted with time, last time! Pleasant and super friendly staff!!! REFRESHING
