New edit to my rating and minus one star to four. Whether intentionally or lack of attention to detail two screens that I ordered were not made and that obviously changes the overall price with two less items and frustrated that I have to go through the process again just for two screens. Needed two windows repaired, two screens made and the rest of the screens repaired I can say that you need to be on top of the whole process. I followed up to find out when they’d come out to the house. Didn’t expect them to say a week. But because it was local they arranged to come out the next day. Then I followed up to see when they were replacing the windows and they said the windows were coming in Friday. Called again Monday to see when they were installing and they said Wednesday but called Tuesday to have them installed. If you agree to proceed expect to pay half upfront. I paid all in full. Being that I understand how things can go with small jobs I was constantly calling within reasonable time. It seems they do repairs but their bread and butter is bigger commercial jobs. I could be wrong. Either way I was impressed with the final product and the clean up was great. Better than I expected.

Worst customer service ever. Absolutely no communication with me. Charged for work that was not completed. Work looks like an amatuer did it. Still waiting to get things rectified. Never cleaned up the mess they left behind. Zero stars is not an option or it would have been selected.

Superrrr fast and friendly service! Called in to request a quote and someone came out to appraise the damage within the hour. The price was right and they installed our new window immediately. Start to finish the whole thing was completed in about two hours. I will come here for all of my glass needs in the future! I was very impressed with Service Glass Co. Inc.!

Good quality and the installer is great. Very particular and does great work on tight fits and complicated shapes.
