Excessive Detailing & Tintz - Car Wash & Auto Glass Tinting

DONT GO HERE! Probably the worst business experience I have had. Got my suburban interior detailed by them and got the truck back with 1 rear seat not attached. Said they could not get it back in after they took it off to clean. Radio was not working, and the battery would not hold a charge for over a few hours. They would not stand by their work. Sent me to a guy and when they gave him the price to fix I was told he would pay for the diagnosis but not the radio. Any proper business should be able to incur a 2k loss but they probably dont even have proper insurance. To fix the problem is costing me $2000 for a radio and $90 for an install. I was able to put the seat back in place myself. Very young group of amateurs who wont back up their work if there is a problem. Go to a detailer who is not hiding out in an industrial complex. A company that at least has a sign in front would be even better. After I text the company to express my dis concern I was told that he was going to fix it for me but not any more because I must have hurt his feelings. Good justification for himself but no reason to not fix a problem for a customer. And I'm an easy customer to deal with and was very forgiving. So much so I told them to forget it and i will fix it my self even though they should have fixed it. Everyone in the industry that I called and even his guy who he sent me to said they would certainly have taken care of it for me if it was their company. Its not like we are talking a ton of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Its a great Car Wash because I get the deserved attention from the workers. They are very friendly and we always have a good chat. Not to mention that my car looks great after the car wash and I have recommend it to my wife already. Thanks!

Excellent tinting work by the guys at Excessive Detailing! I love how it looks. I wasn't sure if I would like them, but they showed me a picture of another pickup, same model, different color, that they have done the tinting to and it looked absolutely great. And I am happy to say, mine is even better!

This is a great car wash place. I like to go there because they take care very good of my vehicle and I am always sure that workers have a strong attention to details. I recommend this car wash!

This is definitely a great place for window tinting in the area of Mount Clemens, MI. Their work is very professional and the car looks great with window tinting. I will recommend it to my friends for sure! Keep it up!
