Troy Auto Glass

I had a great experience with Troy Auto Glass. All of the people I dealt with over the phone and in person were very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. They came to my office parking lot to replace my windshield and they were very accommodating with my odd schedule. I would totally recommend them to anyone and I would use them again. The job was done fast, they were here when they said they would be, and they did a great job. Two thumbs up!

Promptly answered the phone. Immediately had answer to my quote request. Provided great availability and scheduled me quickly. Didn't have to wait excess time for my glass to ship/arrive. Installed very quickly and had me out the door in less than the reasonably quoted time. They noticed I was working on my laptop and offered me a desk space and the wifi while I waited for my vehicle. Staff was kind, courteous, knowledgeable. Price was best from me shopping around. Most importantly, the work done in replacing my front windshield looks fantastic! 100% Perfect experience, I highly recommend.

I put in a request online and they called me almost instantly. They were fast, friendly, and less expensive than working with the recommended company through my auto insurance. Plus they have a warranty to cover their work. The next time Michigan roads get the best of my windshield, Troy Auto Glass will be my very first call. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I decided to give Troy Auto Glass a try since I saw many positive google reviews. Unfortunately contacting them through their website was not an ideal experience. My questions were not directly answered and they kept telling me to call them. The whole reason I submitted online was because I did not have time to call. I simply wanted to know if my windshield could be replaced and if they would waive my insurance deductible. Since Troy Auto Glass has received many great reviews my experience could have been a one off, but I will not be reaching out to them again.
