I have dealt with this place for many years, my family has also.

I cannot fathom why it's such an issue to get a quote on a single piece of glass!

I called around the 3rd week in August with all the proper dimensions for a patio table glass. It's now sept 29th and after several phone calls, going in person I STILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THE GLASS WILL EVEN COST, let alone ordering it.

This is my first review I've left for almost any business, but with this completely unacceptable business I cannot allow people to fall under whatever is happening now.

If they did not want to sell me a piece of glass they should have just said so, now I have two separate family gatherings without a usable table.
