Very disappointed with their service. I had a pipe burst, and they ripped up the carpet but left all of the tacks exposed, even though they recommended replacing with vinyl flooring. Their laziness caused me a trip to the doctor as I stepped on one of the tacks that went right through the heel of my foot. When I emailed the company, they denied any responsibility, did not care that I was in pain, and indicated they would have to charge me to take care of the tacks. They indicated I should not be going around my own house in socks. However, should I also put shoes on my animals to avoid them being injured as well? Adam from the company has threatened me with legal action for voicing my concerns. However, I do not want anybody else to suffer like I have because of their shabby work. They will also try to overcharge you for non-related items. Beware, this is a very shady company who does not care about the welfare of their clients. For those considering to use this company, consider the fact that you may also be subjected to abusive emails and public attacks like the ones below. No confidentiality or professionalism will be maintained. Adam, the owner, will immediately go into attack mode! For those seeking to use the company, I will be glad to share some of the choice emails I have received from the owner. I will certainly not be using their services as I realize there are other good and professional companies available in mid-Missouri. Strongly advice against this company.

Service Master went above and beyond when discovering queso yes melted cheese spilt in our van, and went everywhere possible in the van. They cleaned all the carpets and every area possible. Making our catering van like new once again. Nicole and Adam were great to work with from start to finish.

Carpet cleaning provided by ServiceMaster was SUPERB! Katherine did an excellent job for setting up the cleaning arrangement and Matt, the technician did an exceptional job by taking his time in meticulously cleaning the carpets, unlike their competition. Both of these individuals that I worked with provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE and the price was just right! Thumbs up! Will do business with again!

Service master in my opinion is the best I had a water leak call them they've been out 6 days in a row took care of everything checked on it everyday told us exactly what to do and how to handle our insurance since we had never made a claim I would recommend them to anyone thanks for the great job. You guys are awesome!!!!!

I contacted Adam about a water leak I had from my main floor shower and ran down into a basement bedroom. I found the drain had come loose. I repaired the drain but still had lots of water in the ceiling of the basement with no access. He promptly arrived with equipment and a Dehydration system, found where all the water was, and set up the equipment. He said how the blowers and dehydration machine worked. He said within 48 hours, it should be dry. He returned when he said and performed meter readings for moisture content, to find there was no more water. I am amazed and very thankful of his prompt help with my situation, and looks like nothing ever had a problem. No stains in the ceiling or carpet. Thanks for everything Adam.
