Recently moved into a new house and had Mike and the crew come over for air duct cleaning. I do not think the previous home owner had ever cleaned the air ducts. We have Mike and his team for everything that has ever had to be done in our homes over the years. Great family group. So it was Mike I called when we has a minor flood in our office. Arrived in no time, took care of everything!!! I would never have any doubts recommending them!

I’ve used Mike and his crew for three floods now (yes, I said three! Lol) and each and every time I’ve called he’s always been ready to go whenever/wherever I’ve asked. They know just what to do and how to handle all of it so you don’t have to. Which is wonderful when you’re overwhelmed and you have no idea where to even begin sometimes. They’re professional and efficient and I would’ve not known what to do without them. They’re simply awesome and have saved me time and time again!

Have used the Wildwood branch for water and storm damage at both my home and business - in both cases, they arrived quickly and were very thorough, which helped to save a lot of the structure that otherwise would have been damaged. Was pleasantly surprised that they communicated and worked directly with my insurer (American Family), which completely freed up my time to tackle all of the things that need attention when so much of your property gets ruined in a flood event. I never saw a bill at all - ServPro set everything up so that they were paid directly by AmFam. Also had occasion to use them for carpet cleaning at my business and was equally impressed. They were fast, and the carpet was impeccably cleaned. Highly recommend.

Water heater broke and flooded carpet. Clean up was quick and very neat professionally done. Would recommend ServPro South Chesterfield Wildwood to anyone.
