Chris the technician was friendly, helpful, honest, and even helped look for my wayward cat. My carpets look amazing, Chris was able to remove stains I thought would never come out. Chris also cleaned our dining room chairs and eliminated water stains from the upholstery. He suggested he cleaned the stairs, and it was worth it. I00% recommend Spectrum Cleaning & Restoration. Wonderful experience! As soon as the truck pulled up, I knew I had called the right place. Chris and Shawn were clean, professional, polite, friendly, hard working, etc., etc. Everything was explained to me, and likewise, they listened to what I wanted done. My carpeting is almost white, so the traffic areas were a problem, but everything turned out better than all of us expected. The carpet truly looks like new! I am so happy with the job they did, and I would recommend Spectrum to everyone. Oh, and the price was very reasonable!

We had a flooded basement the kept re-occurring from all the rain in December. Spectrum showed up when needed (2 am in the morning) extracted the water, disinfected for any potential mold, placed equipment and made sure that we were good to go. They were professional and didn't lie to us like another well known company in town that said they disinfected when all they did was suck some residual water up. Spectrum actually pulled back the carpet, removed the affected area and made sure that the problem was contained. I will use Spectrum again in the future.
