My home has been for sale and when the buyers home inspector was performing his inspection he flooded my home by improperly using my jet tub. My home was flooded from the second story all the way to the basement. I immediately called Servpro of Afton. They were at my house cleaning up the mess within an hour and a half. My house was due to close within the next 10 days which created a great sense of urgency to not lose my buyer that I was in contract with on my home. Servpro did an excellent job of getting my project completed on time for closing and actually stayed in contact with my buyers to reassure them the home would be repaired in a professional manner and on time for them to close. I couldn't be happier with the Project Manager Adrian and his team for the way this project was handled. They went above and beyond their job scope to make this project a success while dealing with an unusual amount of interested parties than a typical water loss would normally have. Thank you Servpro Affton you have truly earned any of my future business.

Hired for post-construction clean-up after reconstruction due to catastrophic flood damage to my house. Managers are terrible/don't communicate well and child-like. They walked off the job because the insurance company already paid them. I had to hire Stanley Steemer to repair the damage ServPro did to the brand new wood floors. Stanley Steemer makes ServPro look like school children. ServPro damaged my furniture, and left the agreed-upon job incomplete. They can go to hell.

The water damage in our master bathroom had gotten so bad we finally decided to call someone to come fix it. This company did a thorough job and we're very happy with the result. The employees here are experienced, helpful, and personable. If we ever need water damage repair again, we'll go through them again. Great job Servpro.

The fire damages took a major toll on the overall structure of my cabin. Thankfully, no one was home at the time and no one got hurt. That just left the repairs and the reason I hired Servpro. I really could not have been happier with their performance. Not only were they able to assist with the renovations needed but were the driving force in getting the job done as quickly as possible.
