Woodard Cleaning & Restoration

Our basement flooded and we hired Woodard from a short list of recommendations from our insurance company to complete the restoration. The General Foreman, Dan, was the epitome of skilled professionalism. Making it look better than new, he repaired our drywall, baseboards and carpet, and painted the entire basement in just 2 days. He was on time both days and completed early both days (due to my previous experience with general contractors, this was particularly admirable). Aside from his remarkable trade skills, he was extremely courteous and accountable. I would absolutely recommend Woodard for your construction and carpet repair needs.

Had area rug cleaned. Woodard did a good jpb but their prices are ridiculously high. Price quoted on telephone was base price. Once they got the rug they claimed it needed extra cleaning. I'll search for a different option next time.

I have hesitated to write a review because I know the family, but I think an honest review needs to be written. GOOD The young men were very nice. They moved furniture as requested. BAD the floor was left VERY WET. A couple of days after the cleaning 1 of my dogs had an accident and I used my carpet cleaner and was completely disappointed. The waste water from my cleaning where Woodard supposedly cleaned was filthy. I expected much better from this company and will likely not use them again. or recommend them.

There is a lot to say. Very good service. Friendly staff. Large company with a small company feel. You are important to them.
