Act Fast came out very quickly. Their staff was very professional and friendly!! They helped and explained to me every step of the way. They also worked with my insurance company for my claim and made sure I was all taken care off. My home was back to normal in no time after the water damage. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs Water Restoration!

I had the best experience I have ever had. My basement flooded and they were out within the hour. The were very professional and took care of all my needs. I would highly recommend this company for all my restoration needs. They were great.

Our sewer backed up into our basement creating a nasty mess. Act Fast was very expeditious in their process--they came the same day and arranged their staff to be on our premises very promptly. The staff were all very pleasant, and they walked us through everything every step of the way keeping us informed.

Discovering that your sewer has backed up into your home can be absolutely traumatizing. Things escalate so quickly and by the time you discover what is happening, you have inches of contaminated sewer water covering your flooring and your furniture, possessions and dry wall are soaking it up. Welcome to my nightmare.... Fortunately, for me that I connected with ACT FAST WATER RESTORATION. I put in an emergency call at 10:30pm and they responded informing me what they would do and said that they would be on the scene the next morning. The plumber cleared the blockage and the ACT FAST crew took over from there. So many things needed to happen and happen fast so that my home didn't become seriously or permanently moldy and musty. There was no way that I could have moved and saved the huge amount of contents that I had stored in my basement, besides the cleaning and stripping of contaminated building materials. The owners were on site and made certain that all of my concerns were addressed and attended with very careful attention. Their crew was top notch. They worked long days to complete the job before my home was permanently damaged. They were all extremely hard working and upbeat, as well as, kind and empathic. The owner's "take care of the client attitude" was extremely impressive and helped me cope with the situation. The owners made themselves available to speak to insurance adjusters and filled out all of the paperwork required of the insurance firm. ACT FAST asked me frequently if I had any questions and if I needed help with anything else. They assisted getting my contents back into my home. I would highly recommend that if any of my friends find themselves in this unfortunate situation and need a great water restoration company that they remember to call ACT FAST.
