We contacted this cleaning company to fix a sewage backup caused by heavy rainflow and inadequate drainage system by city. They came and tore out more walls than needed, mixed sewage covered toys in with clean toys, stole items that were not contaminated. When the owner was confronted about these concerns, she acted dismissive and cold. Her employees were rude and condescending. The stolen items were never returned or addressed. I would advise noone use this particular ServiceMaster or ANY ServiceMaster. There are better company's to use in st. Louis.

Service master was out this afternoon when our sewer backed up. Given that they had an hour drive, their two hour response time on a Sunday morning was excellent for us. Ryan Hunter and his team were expedient, courteous and reliable in every way. I trusted them to move out of the way what I couldn't move and clean up what I couldn't see. And after the first day I'm very satisfied with their thoroughness. I'll post again after the completion of my dry-out.

Simply amazing. We had a really horrible loss at our grandmas home and found out it was uninsured. It was 10pm on a Tuesday and called ServPro. They came out the next afternoon (Wednesday). They were nice and all buy it is Friday afternoon and we have no bid back still and no sense of urgency. I called Service Master this morning (Friday) they were there in 30 minutes, polite, prompt, reasonably priced, and all within 4 hours the entire project is set up and being cleaned up! They have 100% earned my business and I will HIGHLY RECOMMMEND THEM! They took the most stressful week and have relived a lot of stress on our family!
