There was a flood next door at the apartment we just rented. We called Rapid Dry and Grant came out to look at the damage. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I could tell he knew what to do. Grant at Rapid Dry is amazing!!!!! We just moved into an apartment in Maryland Heights, and the neighbor's entire apartment flooded. The water came into our apartment, and we didn't know what to do. We called Grant, and he came out right away and advised us on how to handle the water damage! Everything is perfect now, thanks to the rapid attention he gave us!!! I really appreciate the care and concern he gave to our situation.

We were having some work done on our kitchen, when the contractor opened the wall to find mold. All work came to a halt until we could address the mold. I contacted multiple mold remediation companies to get estimates, and we were most impressed by Rapid Dry. Grant went out of his way to make sure the contractor had everything they needed to continue our kitchen project, ASAP. He went above and beyond, and really spent time educating us on what different types of mold are and how to prevent them. I felt like he could have done more to try to get more money out of us, but instead was very ethical. In fact, our contractor was very impressed with him, and will recommend him to other clients. I had a very good experience, and would recommend them to any one looking for mold remediation.

Grant did a great job helping us! He truly cared about our situation and was honest it telling us that we didn’t have a mold problem, whereas another company wanted to charge us $1,000 to remove mold we didn’t even have! Grant pulled out the old insulation to give a proper diagnosis, as well as going outside in the rain to see if we had any evidence of water damage. The other company that came out didn’t do any of that. Grant was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, HONEST with us! If we ever suspect a problem in the future, we will be giving him a call. Thank you, Grant!

We had a burst pipe in our store and Grant came out the same day, told us the cost on the spot and started the job the next day. Very professional and super nice. Our insurance adjustor confirmed his prices were good. We'll definitely be using Rapid Dry for any water problems in the future!
