FAST HELP - St Louis Water Damage

After returning from an out of town weekend we found water in our basement from a clogged downspout. After calling several restoration companies that were all out ours or days I called FastHelp. They were at my house in no time at all and did their thing in short order. They were courteous and polite and were respectful of out interior. I can't say enough good about them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks FastHelp!

I noticed that my basement was cooler that the rest of my house I called Fast Help and Jerry Elliot came to do an inspection he not only found areas where the air was leaking but he immediately fixed these things. I can feel the house cooler and the air moving easier to the second floor that used to be the warmer area due to the air hardly coming up. Thank you Jerry for the Fast help!

Jerry at Fast Help was the only contractor that called back and quoted the sewage/crawl space clean up with confidence. No one else wanted to quote the job nor knew of the technique Jerry was using. I only received verbal quotes at more than three times what Jerry quoted. Jerry had more challenges than he anticipated and it took longer. However, he was upbeat and stayed in communication with me. Also, he stuck to his original quote. The job is complete. I am amazed at the job Jerry did.

Jerry did an absolutely terrific job with our basement cleanup . He demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy. He answered all our questions in detail and explained every step of the process. I would enthusiastically recommend your company to anyone I know. It was a pleasure to work with him even though the circumstances which required a need for his services were not the most pleasant(sewage in basement). Thanks to Jerry for a job well done!

I found Jerry Elliott to be very profession and knowledgeable. He came with high tech tools and explained how and why he used them .He gave me great advice and did a great job for me. He cleaned up after himself and even helped clean up after another sub-contractor. I would call on him anytime I need his services
