Midwest Flood Restoration - St Louis Water Damage

Midwest Flood Restoration was extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the results of their service. They took a lot of time to educate me about water damage and restoration, and even helped me with my insurance claim. Every member of their team was friendly and courteous, and nice to my dog, which in our house means a lot! New homeowner, and unfortunately I had some sewerage overflow in the basement. Midwest responded very quickly and began restoring my basement. Mike came by, introduce himself and his company with accurate documentations, he was very informal about his work and prices...and to mention, he and the other guys on the team were very professional. Midwest Flood Restoration does outstanding and professional service.They do outstanding detail cleaning. My property was dried very good. The water mitigation services are outstanding. This company demonstated outstanding punctuality Very courteous.This company answered all my concerns in a professional manner. The whole staff . Micheal Cahill the CEO, Lisa in administration and Robert the supervisor on the job site and the other professional workers that worked at my home with Robert Outstanding services. Great workers! I was completely satisfied! I will definitely recommend this outstanding company.

Midwest is quite literally the ONLY reason we were not completely taken advantage of by our insurance company (fyi if you have Traveler’s insurance then CHANGE COMPANIES BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!). Midwest was courteous, consultative, generous, etc. etc. I really mean it. They were super nice. They helped us with things that went way above and beyond what they had to do. Mike helped us fight an insurance battle over a water loss that has been going for 5 months now. It has taken 5 months to get this cleaned up and the reconstruction put back together because Travelers outright denied facts and drug their feet for so long. Thaknfully we documented well and Mike helped us along the way; so, we have been taken care of almost totally so far. Although, we still have some property to go through; but that’s another story. Bottom line, Midwest is THE company to use for any kind of mitigation/restoration job. Mike is professional, honest, hardworking; and his team is too. I simply cannot say enough kind and encouraging things about this company. Every other party we have dealt with in this endeavor has been difficult, problematic, and mediocre, at best; and some have been downright terrible organizations that are no different than criminal in my opinion. However, Midwest Flood Restoration has been an absolute saving grace in what would have otherwise been a horrific loss. Thanks Midwest!! :D
