Shainker Behavioral Therapy

Alyson Shainker is literally the best. She takes the time to listen to you while also providing her own helpful feedback in a way that's not harsh or abrasive. I've seen a lot of therapists but Alyson made me feel comfortable instantly. It's hard to find a therapist that you connect with, someone who understands your struggles even if its not their own but she really takes the time to do so. She is extremely warm and sweet and welcoming and I'm so thankful to have her as my therapist and someone who is helping me become a better version of myself.
