Shakers Lounge-Sports Bar & Grill

I went here for lunch with my boyfriend. It's a big place and looks like it might be a lot of fun on a Friday night. There's a big screen in the back and what looks like a dance floor. They also have some gambling machines before you get to the bar, and lots of TVs visible from the bar for sports fans. They have a really big menu for how tiny the kitchen is. The food was delicious but there are not a lot of healthy options.

Lots of beer on tap, sadly it's another American bar that falsely believed hefeweizen is a summer only beer. It's not, serve it year round please. Food was very affordable, bar fare. Good though. Tea isn't brewed, it's from syrup. My burger was really very good. I want to give a higher score but I need my hefeweizen and brewed tea. I understand the beer, but the tea is just laziness. Get one of those auto tea brewers, they're cheap.

Go after work typically twice a month. Always a great time. Delicious food awesome staff. Great environment!

This is a fine example of a Sports Bar. It has sort of a NASCAR theme. They have a very good selection of beer on tap, including some local brews. The menu is typical bar food, but is very tasty. They have a couple pool tables as well as dart machines. It is one of The better bars in Ottawa.

Fun evening spent with friends, here. Had appetizer basket & some drinks - all very good. Band, Higgins Bros, was a good time, too. Only complaint was when we went to dance floor, drinks were removed from bar and seats taken 😞
