Shawarma Company Mediterranean Grill

I wasn't sure to eat at this place because everyone claims to serve "the best Mediterranean food" while they are not even close to it. Anyway, I arrived at 5PM and considering that they open at 11AM, all kind of dishes should be available at 5PM right? The first disappointment was that Lamb Shank is not available and would need 2 more hours to get ready. If Lamb Shank was available, I might had better experience. The cashier (Mohamed) acted like he doesn't speak or understand Arabic when I talked to him, while I heard him talking to someone else in the kitchen in Arabic, that's not polite! We ordered Mixed Grill plate and Chicken Shawarma. Only Kafta was good in the mixed grill plate while other meats had bad smell (not awful but not good either) and taste. Rice in both dishes was dry and overcooked. Chicken Shawarma itself was good and that's why I gave 2 stars; though it's missing Tahini sauce which is essential for Shawarma in Mediterranean food!!! Overall not great experience and it's one time visit for me. It's pricey for what you get. Lamb Shank might be better than what I got but can't give it second chance for what experience I had. Expect no service at all; you do everything yourself; even though they ask for tip when you pay!

Gave a 1 star because I couldn't go any lower.. I told the guy that hardly speaks no english behind the counter no lettuce, tomatoes, or onions on the Gyro with whole wheat. He repeated it. When I get it it has everything that I told him not to put on it plus it was on white bread. Food is average service sucks ass. French fries taste like cheap frozen one from a bag from Walmart. Place sucks. Save your money you're better off getting a Gyro from the local mall.

They have a bad service. They took long time for prepare food. They bring my order with my fried plate. They don’t have straw for coke they said we don’t have straw without any reaction and they don’t say sorry for us. When I ask them for put some sauce in my order don’t care for me. Their chicken have bed smell and need more pepper. This is the first and last experience for me in this restaurant.

I didn’t like it at all. The mixed grill plate was pricey for what you get! And at the same time it tastes not good, it’s far away from Mediterranean food.

I never had Shawarma before I tried this place so I don't really have anything to compare it to, that being said I enjoyed what I had. The service was fast and the food was fresh and hot.
