Shawme-Crowell State Forest

Excellent camping spot. Great place small and quanit very cozy and unique.  Beautiful all day the office is very nice and where ice and laundry and check in is located . Great views even from the parking area. There's a reason this is that people love this place . It is beautiful! The surrounding area is great for hiking and taking photos as well. It was well worth the stay to check it out, everything is very picturesque with the rocks that are covered in greenery and bright flowers. just natural beauty, definitely add this to your "must stay". Simple but everything you need

Hammock Trees! Being the owner of Northern Lights Hammocks, I'm always looking for campsites with perfect hammock trees. Shawme-Crowell campground is hammocking heaven. Large wooded sites provide a sense of privacy and the price is very affordable. Especially enjoy camping here during the Spring and Fall months.

Great camp ground with plenty to do in the vicinity and good access to the rest of the cape.

One of our favorite camping spots on Cape Cod. Awesome camp sites and a great location. Fall and the end of the season is the best time to visit. The campground empties out when the kids return to school. The fishing gets better towards the end of the season and those campfires get a littler cozier. Enjoy!
