Shawn Buryska was very thorough and on top of things in every aspect of helping us sell our home. He gave us great advice about getting our home ready to sell and what price to ask. He did a wonderful job with the listing and marketing of our house. We had excellent communication from him and his team throughout the process. Everything went very smoothly, and our home sold quickly. We felt like we had received the “personal touch.” We highly recommend him!

Shawn and his team were AWESOME. We listed our house and by time it hit market had 4 showings . He was very professional and knew what the market was at time we were listing. This helped us decide what price wanted as had already purchased a townhome so didn't want to have our home on market long. If we had Any ?'s about, showings, what steps were in the process from listing, to accepting an offer, till closing he himself was always willing to answer them or if wasn't another team member very willing to help us. My husband and I would Highly recommend Shawn and All of his team to sell your home. He Was Great.....thanks Shawn.

Shawn Buryska's service was excellent. He communicated very well and was always available when we needed him. He also explained things in a clear manner and knew when to give advice and when to listen to our needs. He was also professional, personable, and reliable. He sold our home very fast and for above asking price. We would highly recommend Shawn without hesitation to any of our friends or family who is buying or selling a home.

We met with 4 real estate agents prior to selling our house. Shawn was willing to list the house for $15,000 more than the next highest agent and $35,000 more than the lowest. He must have been right on his listing price as we had a full price offer in less than 24 hours. All issues that came up were handled professionally by Shawn and his staff. If we need a real estate agent in the future Shawn will be called first. I do recommend to anyone reading this that they interview a minimum of 3 agents prior to signing a contract. This is the largest financial transaction most people ever have. Be sure your agent is a good fit with you.

Shawn Buruska and his team at Cold Banker Burnett were great to work with. Great communication thru the whole process of selling my house. One of the many things I liked was that they always answered the phone. Shawn Buruska is one of the best, and most respected real estate professionals in Rochester. Highly recommended.
