松玄のそばの味を継承しつつ、心の良さを活かし、新しいメニューを続々提供予定！

We are Shingen, the former Matsugen.

Shingen is a traditional Japanese Soba restaurant.
Here you will find a wonderful array of Soba noodle dishes from hot to cold.
Our Soba noodles are made out of the finest buckwheat flour straight from Kushiro, Hokkaido.
Among our variety of traditional Japanese cuisine, we also offer Udon noodles, tasty Tempura, and succulent grilled beef tongue to name a few.
