Shoe Palace

Love the selection here, but customer service is lacking here. I picked a pair of Cloudtech shoes out and someone got the size that I needed. Unfortunately, when they rang them up, the register showed $159.99 on the screen. They were busy, so I asked the cashier why they rung up at that price when the shoe said $149.99. I was given the response "It's a shoe stretcher from a different shoe, we just needed one for that shoe, so we put it in there. Sorry about that." I bought the shoe and then took it to the manager. The manager walked over with me... he saw that the stretcher inside of the shoe said $149.99 and he said, "It's the wrong one for this shoe. See... it says 'this style' and the shoe you bought is 'this style'." I asked, "How am I supposed to know that the price difference was for another shoe when there are clearly 10 different styles in that brand alone?" He retorted with, "Cusromers changed it out, it's not our fault." "Don't give me a line of lies, just tell me that you aren't going to honor that price." He said, "We are not going to honor that price." Your mistake... and the customer still has to pay the price for your mistake because you just want to lie instead of owning it? Won't be back to this location.

Customer service is not good nor kind. Asking to try the second shoe was too much. The shoe box was damaged like it fell out of the truck. I said that the shoe was kind of a bit dirty aswell but they said I made it dirty. If I found the shoe elsewhere I would have never bought it there. I do not recommend.

The other day i vistied This store to purchase some shoes for my Brother's Birthdayy And one of the Team members she was a girl & Her Name was Riyah she helped me outt & she made me laughh she was so sweet And her customer service Was Great!! 10/10 recommended especially To locals & vistiors

Really bad service especially manager acted like he was too cool to handle store issues literally made everybody wait for 15mts in line while good friend shopped just so he could hold his spot

It's in an outlet mall but hardly anything is reduced and only microscopic sale signs. Staff brought us a pair of shoes to try on and immediately disappeared after the hand over even though store was not busy. We were left to lace up the shoes.

I understand you want to “set a vibe” but the music is entirely too loud for anyone to be able to pay attention, especially the workers. There was just a couple who actually helped the customers. The others were either hiding in the back or staring at spreadsheets at the register. I asked someone if I could just order online and she said she doesn’t know how to do that. It was an experience that made me never want to go back.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Don't go here unless you want to waste 1 hour of your time before getting any kind of help . Even then there no help ..

Needed a new pair of "kicks" since the ones I bought recently from WSS are hurting after a few hours. Found something that would work it's on sale and of course none in my size. Tried another pair and flagged someone and it's the same thing, the demo is 1/2 size down so I figured at least try it, nope! Found a 3rd pair, guy went into the back for a few minutes then came back with nothing. I gave up after that. I get the ones on sale are limited in stock but even the regular price ones are limited in size, what gives?? Walked to next door Famous Footwear and immediately found the one! btw, much better customer service there at least they greet you when you walk in vs Shoe Palace "kids" staff will help you when they feel like it.

Super helpful staff and shoes shoes shoes everywhere. Came here on a mission to find a shoe set for me and my kids and came out successful thanks to the staff asking sure we got the right size. Glad we came here and one of the busiest stores in the outlets! Prices were way good for the shoes!

We went in and asked about a certain shoe. She came back 10 minutes later and said they didn't have that size. She said she was going to go back and look for the brand in that shoe. We waited 30 minutes and she never came back. She finally came back but she had clothes in her hands and didn't even address us. Horrible service!!!
