My favorite grocery store! I always find what I need. At a good price. Even with prices being high

Missing a lot of deli items, fresh items, bakery items. Corporate is clearly neglecting this store. Edit. Things have definitely improved a bit over the last few months. This grocery store is indispensable to the local community, especially considering that we would be in a food desert otherwise.

The problem with this store is that there is no consistent management team. Every time you come here there is a new store manager. How is ANY one going to make a change or difference when they are only there a year or less. I stopped shopping here because 1. It reminds me of a larger stop shop and save, 2. I've never seen so many pallets on a floor with junk for sale. The way its set up now it has no finesse nothing makes sense. It just looks so chaotic in this store and outside. I loved patronizing the community supermarket however this store has indeed traveled south in the last few months.

Well stocked. Self checkout very functional. Got the store brand honey roasted almonds - that was a poor decision on my part... Excellent selection of items

I went here just to pick up two items that I love that are sold out everywhere else. I left with $120 worth of groceries Hear me out! The store has a nice open floor plan and it’s clean. Very well stocked. All of the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Even the Pepsi vendor that was there was willing to answer question about a Pepsi product I was looking for. My mom was even able to find a few things that she had been looking for in other grocery stores for months with no luck. The prices were about the same as Giant. But if you download the app, there are a bunch of great coupons for at least $1 to $10 off a ton of items. If you’re in the area or don’t mind a 25 minute drive from the county, I highly recommend this location.

I love this store’s online shopping, I order for myself and my mom from here quite often. Their customer service is excellent, they will go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. They are always polite and you get the feeling it’s not just a job to them and that is a rare find nowadays. Ms.Julia and Ms. Alaina are two of the nicest women you will ever meet. They will do everything in their power and then some to make sure you are satisfied . I really appreciate them and I also had a great experience speaking to the young lady who answered the phone in the online department today. I think her name is Shana. Also ShopRite’s delivery fees are very reasonable. I can rest assured doing my grocery shopping here, because I know if that is ever an issue, they will resolve it in a timely manner. The only thing that I am not happy with is their new delivery tracking system the times are not accurate from my experience. Today my delivery was 0 minutes away, then 3, 6, 7 at 7 minutes away my delivery was at my door, however that is not enough to take away from the caring employees that work there.

Clean and pleasant shopping experience much improved in recent years...shrimp salad is. delicious...went to 5 markets to buy Gwaltney sausage roll and Shop Rite was the only market that had any! Even 3 Walmarts was out!!

Literally the worst type of store, run by horrible human beings. My wife on at least 4 occasions has come home crying about how security harassed her as she was leaving the store only for her to show the receipt. Today they took it to a whole new level and I swear on every dime I'm worth I will not stop until either the entire security staff is fired or the market closed. Today on Christmas eve in front of our child these so called security put their hands on my wife multiple times only for her to again show proof of purchase!!! This is what I get off work to on Christmas eve I promise y'all got the right one today

I love this store it is huge and most of all very clean with a wide variety to choose from plants, garden furnishings, western Union anything you can think of and great seafood selection one stop shop even a Pharmacy. *So I noticed they have added a salad bar I will be trying it out next trip and I'll update this review on how good or bad it is. Cant wait.

ShopRite at Howard Park is one of the best grocery store in Baltimore City one of the cheapest.
