Shoreline Boat Center

Shoreline is a special place. My family and I have been doing business with them since 1993 with Regal in the earlier years and now with Cobalt. They have been taking care of my current boat for 22 years and it still looks and runs like new. Although there are many alternatives nearby, I come up from Milwaukee to have it stored and serviced every off-season because of the expertise and care they’ve shown throughout the years. Last season, I had a cooling issue that Shoreline physically came to my boat on Okauchee Lake (1.5hrs away) to troubleshoot the very next day. Shoreline went above and beyond what was expected. I have called their service manager with questions over the weekend with immediate responses of support. Shoreline provides a level of education to the boat user that you’ll find nowhere else. Shoreline has a deep understanding of the boats they sell/service and they have treated my boat as if it were their own. Shoreline is, without question, a premier, comprehensive boat center that you can trust with one of your most prized possessions. Quite simply, Shoreline treats you and your boat, right.

The staff at Shoreline Boat Center has been great to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when looking for new and used boats. Working through the customization process of building a Cobalt or a Bennington may seem overwhelming but Shoreline's sales staff makes this process a breeze. The dealership is very clean and well laid out and even in the winter I can come and browse their huge heated showroom. I would highly recommend working with Shoreline for your next boat or water accessory purchase. They are by far the most knowledgeable and caring business in the area!

We bought a new Bennington from this dealership. The boat is great but our experience was what I would expect from a used car dealership. The salesman was very friendly and helpful up to the point of sale. Then all promises were forgotten. We actually realized too late that the way the salesman achieved the lowest bid on our build was by quietly deleting a feature that we had agreed to buy. Of course it was something he knew we would not notice immediately at delivery. Very slick. We regret not giving our business to our local dealership.

They fixed my pontoon but my first encounter with sales/service department it seemed I was not worthy of them fixing my 1989 pontoon and when I picked it up it verified this.I suppose if I had a wad of cash sitting out there it would have been different. I was not please with the service department behind the counter at all.The mechanic did a good job I was told they had the best mechanics in the area and that's why I went there.
