Went in to be treated for the flu which was positive tested by Dr Ochoa.. Then was giving huge dose of steroids an benadryl I guess for my asthma part of this flu thought my ads was on fire meds pushed to fast.. Then since I was to see my family member at kmc that had a staph infection they took most of my blood to test for that which was very unnecessary.. I had tested positive for flu to start off with.. I was suffering from a awful headache and muscle pain.. They would not treat any kind of pain issues .. The Dr. said only meds they have in there ER are steroids,katoralac, raglan, benadryl.. So if u are injuried in anyway that requires pain medicine DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL... I liked the nurses .. Left there with bad feelings just wanted to go home.. I was taken to that hospital under protest will never ever go back to that place or any other hospital to many bad experiences.. Oh ya there reason for my flu was Wal-Mart do go there.

I was in last Saturday for blood pressure issues. The nursing staff was great and new...and Dr Ochoa should be there fulltime! I've seen him twice and he remembered me from last time. Very sweet and great bedside manners. Explained alot to me. I was in great hands. I had a rotten experiences before at same ER. Since Kootenai is too far for me. And Kootenai was not all that great two weeks ago. They need help.

Not a general hospital. Only an emergency room apparently and won't help you.
