Sinbad's Restaurant

To begin, we weren't sure to seat ourselves or wait. So we awkwardly shuffled in and then a man a seated us. Once seated we reviewed the menus for about 10 minutes. The waitress was a young lady who didn't seem to have a flow down for serving multiple tables, as she struggled to check back with us. We ordered then waited on the food. Appetizers came and drinks, then main course right after. The food was fresh and presentation was nice. It did take a while to get bread when we ran out as our waitress didn't check in with us often. My daughter had to go up to the main counter to get attention once. Overall the food was great, but service has opportunities.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and really nasty food. There’s a young female server here who couldn’t care less about the customers. She pisses me off every single time I go here. You ask for bread and she’ll bring it when you’re done with your food. She didn’t bring us our appetizers. She never brings enough silverware or plates. I had to keep on going to the front counter to ask for stuff. We complained to the manager and he didn’t really care either. Overall everyone here is extremely unprofessional.

Never thought I had to edit my review. Its sad but I just had to do it because its the right thing to do. I been going there for years and always come out satisfied with of course food and customer service but lately they have this new guy at the customer service doesn't have any manners what so ever. He doesn't greet well and always give you the look that says I am an arrogant owner who doesn't care if you come here or not. They used to have a young kid and a woman at the front and they were very friendly. They knows this is America and customer comes first. Anyway this new guy is definitely the owner but I have a news for this business man. Just having money and being able to open a business doesn't mean you are a great business man or a person. You succeeded in America so embrace America. Without customer you are nobody period. I hope you change your way because I love your food and I want to keep coming and keep telling how good your food is.

Time means poop to this people. A Damn Ant can move faster. I wished when they say it takes 10m, it really would take 10m. But 10m at this location starches to almost 30 minutes. Get a bit FASTER. YALLAH you can do it guys.

Been wanting to try this place forever but never had the courage to pull the trigger. Finally went in tonight and I was not disappointed. Everything I ate was perfect. Will be coming back.
