Sioux Falls

I am amazed to see the great reviews of this place. My driver knew nothing of where the bus was going when she got off work. I asked the new driver when the bus was leaving he said when its moving it's leaving. I tried to inform the front of the driver not being helpful to every guest asking her a question her answer was I didn't know but you getting off my bus. I'm off work. While I'm telling the young girl behind the counter she looks blankly at me then to the crowd and asks to help whoever is next. Reaction from the crowd of people in the lobby was they were all as shocked as I was. I then asked what her name was she continued to ignore me I then asked to speak with her manager she said he will return on Monday but I refuse to give you my name.

Clean, easily accessible. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Terminal was a decent during my visit. Didn't wait too long for a connection. I would have give it a 5 star, but the terminal does not have an awning or covering for outside.

Staff is informed, friendly and helpful. The station is always clean and can't beat the free Wi-Fi.
